I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I provide counseling for adolescents, individuals and families. I use a variety of therapy techniques to support my clients in reaching their personal goals and overcoming challenges. My desire is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel understood and empowered to build stronger relationships, develop resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

I provide in-person counseling services in the Orange County area and provide telehealth sessions throughout California.
